Go-To Ribs
Serves 8
A great rib recipe that will give you fall of the bone ribs in less than 3 hours!
Prep Time - 10 min
Total Time - 3 hr
Ingredients
5 lb baby back pork ribs
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. pepper
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. chili powder
6 cups apple juice

Instructions
1.Heat outside grill to 350 (or your oven, but we have always prepared them on the grill)
2.Coat both side of the ribs with olive oil
3.In a small bowl combine all the spices, then generously coat ribs with spice mixture
4.Place ribs into a large aluminum pan, making sure ribs are laying flat, cut rack a necessary to make fit
5.Put on the grill, or in the oven, for 30 minutes uncovered
6.After 30 minutes pour enough apple juice to cover bottom of pan about 1/4 inch
7.Cover tightly with aluminum foil and continue to cook for 2 hours, checking every 30 minutes and adding in apple juice if needed, or until meat begins to pull back from the bones
8.Remove from heat and let sit for 10-15 minutes, cut and serve with your favorite BBQ sauce
