Well here it is...my 2 month update!
I'm Susan and I love Skinny Fiber...I love the energy it gives me, the appetite control, the weight loss and the inches loss! I feel healthier and more positive that this is something I can do for the rest of my weight loss journey!
This is the first time that I am not "dieting" but changing my lifestyle without really trying. Carbs and sweets have fallen off my cravings list and been replaced with fresh fruit, water (lots and lots) and smoothies!! HEALTHY SMOOTHIES AT THAT!
Life is good and I am happy everyday that I joined a support group like this one and learned to take control of my life.
On 9/11/13 I learned I had a 99% blockage in my main cornary artery - lucky to be alive is what my two doctors told me after the procedure! With another blockage waiting to be fixed I thank God everyday that I am on my way to a healthier life. I asked if I could continue my Skinny Fiber and the answer was YES!
